When I say Quickly Lose Weight I mean no weird drinks, no soup all day, no hotdogs and ice cream for breakfast but cereal for dinner (I’m not kidding) weirdo diets. You know what you are supposed to eat, so do that.
Really and truly it is so easy. Stop the junk food and the alcohol because you know that is wasted calories. Stop looking at the bag of baked Doritos and saying “oh look these chips have less calories than regular chips!” like you think that is going to help you lose weight. Really. You don’t need the darn chips. Do not eat any food that doesn’t have some nutritional value. Easy peasy.
Ok so now you are only going to eat good food. What next with Weight Loss Diet? Pay attention to the order you eat it in. Save the foods that are the worst for you (low fiber carbs) for last. For example for dinner you made meat loaf, potatoes, broccoli and salad. Eat the salad because that is the best thing on the plate. Then eat the broccoli, then the meat. Last, nibble on the potatoes. If you are feeling a little full, toss them out. Gasp!! What a waste!! Would you rather have it on your waist??
Now what are you drinking with that meal? Diet Coke. Ok good it has no calories. But it also has no nutrition. So have a glass of skim milk with your meal instead. There are several reasons for that. It will fill you up a bit so you eat less, it has calcium which studies say you are probably not getting enough of and it is a good source or protein. For desert, have that diet Coke!
And no matter what – don’t go hungry!! Just make sure every meal and snack is something good for you. Skipping meals will actually cause you to gain weight. When you skip meals your body thinks you are starving so it stores fat AND when you do eat a little, it turns it into fat for you so it is ready for the next time you starve yourself. See? Not a good idea.
